Liquid foundations are not bad for your skin. It's all about finding ones that work for you and making sure that you take care of your skin and wash it off in the evening. If you are on the oily side you definitely want to look for one that is oil-free or stick to a powder. Also remember that foundation doesn't need to be a thick mask all over your face, use it where you think you need it to give yourself a flawless finish.

some are but you should try liquid foundation with a light moisturizer in it which will help your skin.
not all no. Some yes and personal anything on your skin covering isn't totally great as your trapping your skin. There are ones out there that are fine. Covergirl is reputable and Neutrogena(but this one works for certains and doesnt for others)
