i sometimes put a light powder on before liquid foundation. then, take a small amount of the foundation on the tip of your finger and instead of rubbing it in, lightly dab it on your blemish until it blends. =]
ask my friend.. she sells that stuff on ebay. alot. and they are quite cheap.
