Should I wear liquid foundation or mineral foundation if I wear glasses normally?

I heard that mineral foundation lasts longer, so it's better to use that if you wear glasses; whereas using liquid foundation, it will slip off from the sweat on the nose. What is the downside to using mineral foundation and what mineral foundation brand suggestions would you recommend?Should I wear liquid foundation or mineral foundation if I wear glasses normally?

mineral foundation leaves a fresh look and wont clog pores, or make your face look caked on
