i was getting frustrated with my powder foundation not lasting throughout the day so i switched over to liquid and im not sure if i still need to use primer...thanks for any and all advice (:Is it necessary to wear a primer underneath liquid foundation?
If you want your foundation to stay on for longer and look less cakey, then yes. But if you don't care for that, then no it is not necessary.Is it necessary to wear a primer underneath liquid foundation?
