How do you wear liquid foundation and concealer for sports?? Please help?

I just wear simple makeup to cover up things i dont want everyone to see, and i still want to do that for sports. Should i just put the foundation and concealer where i need it, or cover my face with the foundation? Any tips on how to wear makeup for sports would helpp. I'm afraid if i just spot the makeup, not the whole face, that i will look really weird at the end.How do you wear liquid foundation and concealer for sports?? First of all, it's really important to wear a foundation that is the right shade for your skin tone - never too dark.

Wear the foundation all over your face and neck, even for sports, and make sure you blend it in really well. If the shade is right then it wont look like you are covered in makeup, it will just even out your skin and help to hide any blemishes. You can even get foundations that include an spf which will be really useful for outdoor sports.

Just dot the concealer where you need it and blend well. Perfect skin! How do you wear liquid foundation and concealer for sports?? Please help?
you shouldn't use any for physical activities, because it keeps your skin from contact with air when sweating. however, if it is necessary, just use concealer or powder where you need it.
Don't use liquid foundation! It's a bit more heavier than powders, so if you start sweating, your face will look like it will fall off. If you really need foundation, try mineral powders. Also use concealer sticks or powders instead of liquid ones.

You can also just use concealer, but almost make it like a foundation. Use it under the eyes (bag lines), around the nostrils, and around your lips (where the lines are formed by your lips). Blend it in, and then cover up your blemishes. This is healthier and lighter for your skin, and you save a lot of the foundation product. It's also not as heavy.

Don't worry though, people who are playing sports with you won't be looking as their best, anyways, so don't feel so self-conscious(:
