YES! It's less expensive too. But keep in mind, concealers are supposed to be at least one shade lighter than your skin tone. So when you choose your liquid foundation, try to pick a lighter one.
your best bet is to use concealor and then use a powder foundation (I get mine from MAC) it looks more natural. the key to concealor is the ';yellowish'; color of the concealor cancels out the ';reddish'; color of blemishes. also, a good blending concealor blush works wonders (makes sure it isnt caked on) then put a coat of powder over your face and it gives you a matte finish, rather than a ';makeuped'; look that some liquid foundations give.
the only reason foundation isnt used for concealor is it is made to match your face color, not cancel out the blemish color. that is what concealor is made for. good luck!
