What liquid foundation would you recommend for someone with fair skin with an oily complexion and prone to breakouts that you could find at Target? What liquid foundation would you recommend?

Any of the mineral make-up foundations would probably be good for you. (the powder like bare essentials but who wants to give your left arm for that?) They are light, won't turn your face into paste if it gets oily and won't make the breakouts worse.
Any covergirl foundation, the cream works really well. I have the same type of skin and this is the best brand I've found so far for our type of skin.
Boots No7 is a good brand that Target has. University Medical AcneFree Severe Acne Treatment System is a good product to get rid of the breakout part of it...
